Often our bodies tend to compensate based on the patterns in our lives. Over time, we create imbalances in our physical structure that can result in needing rehabilitation.
As a corrective exercise specialist, we bridge the gap between rehab and fitness to help restore your natural body, creating mobility, flexibility and strength so you can live pain free and mobile lives.
This series is for you to find time to bond with your baby and prepare yourself physically and, mentally for labour and after.
Post-natal is an opportunity to start anew. Get yourself moving and give yourself space to heal physcially and emotionally from labour.
Breast Cancer Series
Overcome the effects of breast cancer with this six week series. Designed to help preserve muscle tone, joint motion and stamina.
Stronger muscles means a fitter and younger you. Give yourself the platform for a more vibrant and independent life.
Strike & Stretch
This cardio-blasting, soul-shaking series combines toning, aerobic, and anaerobic training, using boxing and stretches - all set to fresh, new heart-pumping music. You will quickly reach and surpass your physical and mental limits to reveal a new endorphin-firing, empowered body.
Femme Corrective, by Rebecca Wilson, will challenge and enlighten you, all while improving your form, function and flexibility.

Head trainer Rebecca Wilson helped me prepare for my first child's birth and looking back it was the best decision I made.
After having a lumpectomy through breast cancer, I started to get a frozen shoulder and a my mobility was getting worse. Rebecca helped me regain mobility, and gave me confidence on the types of exercises I should be doing.
Three years after giving birth, I didn't realise that I had diastasis recti until getting a consultation with Femme Corrective. I did the 6-week post-natal series and am now on strength training. I love it and feel so much better in every way.
